I’ve worked in Human Resources for over 25 years. I have a particular interest in the intersection of HR, Data and Technology, and a large part of my work is focussed on deploying self-service and AI tools to improve HR service delivery and equip leaders to make data-informed decisions. I have substantial experience of the Oracle Cloud HCM platform, and am accredited as an Oracle ACE Apprentice. I’m also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA).
